Spider Farmer offers warranty service options that are available only in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia. Please note the following terms and conditions for each option:
1. To return or exchange a product, you must provide proof of purchase, and the product must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. Grow Tents must be in their original condition. Spider Farmer will bear the shipping cost for returns or replacements. (*Grow Tent Series: Products must be in original packaging with all accessories and free gifts included. * Customers cover return shipping costs for non-quality-related issues.)
2. If a defect arises within 1 years of purchase, Spider Farmer will provide free after-sale service. If the product or part returned is ineligible for service, Spider Farmer will charge the authorized amount to the customer’s credit card/Paypal.
3. LED lights purchased between 2 to 5 years ago are eligible for free accessories or a trade-in allowance.

All products shipped to Thailand are dispatched from China. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue. In such cases, all costs related to return or exchange (including shipping and customs fees) must be borne by the buyer.
We offer free replacement of components/accessories within 5 years, provided the buyer covers all associated costs, including shipping and customs duties. LED series only.
